Ornithology / Photography

This week, I have been leading a research project on butterflies and moths, which represent the insect order Lepidoptera. My group of six students is investigating how butterfly diversity is related to flowering diversity. We have caught some beautiful butterflies and moths, and this orange sulphur butterfly (Colias eurytheme) is no exception.
